Record SwingsUnderstand Your GameImprove Faster

STREIQ turns your iPhone into your own golf coach. It records your swings by itself, rebuilds each one as a 3D model, shows you what your body and your club were doing, and tracks how every club in your bag is going.

Record swings.

Set your iPhone down behind the ball, pick the club you are hitting, and start swinging. STREIQ spots each swing and records it for you, so you can stay in your session instead of walking back to your phone between shots.

  • Swings detected and recorded for you Pro
  • Manual recording on every plan
  • Every shot filed under the club you hit
  • Keep or discard each swing on the spot
  • Bring in a swing you already filmed on your phone
  • Built for range sessions that keep moving

Your swing, rebuilt in 3D.

Every swing you keep becomes a full 3D model of your body, with the club path drawn straight over your own video. Walk through the backswing, the transition and impact, and see exactly where the movement falls apart.

  • Full body 3D playback from any camera angle
  • Club path traced over your own footage
  • The ten swing positions, P1 to P10, explained in plain words
  • Slow motion all the way down to quarter speed

Ball flight, in three dimensions.

Practicing next to a launch monitor? Type a few of its numbers into STREIQ after a shot, about ten seconds of work, and the whole flight is rebuilt in 3D. Watch it from behind, from the side, from above, or ride along with the ball. No monitor around is fine too, everything else works without one.

  • Every number you log makes your coach smarter about your game and your progress easier to track
  • Launch angle, apex height and carry distance
  • Views from behind, from the side, from above and from the ball
  • Scrub the flight from launch to landing
  • Shot shape and how far offline every ball finished

Coaching that connects body to ball.

Shimmy is the coach inside STREIQ. It sees every joint in every frame of your swing, all ten positions from address to finish, and everything you have hit in earlier sessions. Ask what went wrong, ask for a drill, or just describe what the swing felt like.

  • Every joint, every frame, every shot, mapped in 3D and visible to your coach
  • Coach notes on every P1 to P10 position, for every shot
  • Ask questions and get drills

The more you play, the smarter it gets.

Every session adds to your player profile. Distance and spread for each club, how consistent you are, which way your misses go, all of it tracked over time, so the coaching talks about your real patterns instead of a generic swing tip.

  • Carry distance and spread for every club
  • Shot dispersion mapped around the target
  • Consistency and miss tendencies over time
  • Session history you can go back to any time

Frequently asked.

How does the app analyze my golf swing?

You record your swing with your iPhone camera, and that camera is the only sensor involved. The analysis then runs on the phone itself: body pose detection, the 3D body model, club and club head tracking, swing phase detection and impact detection all happen on your device. The written coaching is the one part that needs our server, and it is written from those measurements, never from your video.

Do I need any extra equipment?

Just an iPhone and something to hold it steady, like a small tripod or a phone mount. STREIQ is iPhone only for now, and you do not need a wearable or a sensor of any kind. If you happen to practice next to a launch monitor you can type a few of its numbers into STREIQ and get your ball flight in 3D as well, but nothing else depends on having one.

Is the app only for advanced golfers?

No. You give your handicap when you set up your profile, and the coaching is written for your level. Beginners get help making sense of their swing and where their misses come from, while lower handicap players can dig into shot shape and consistency across sessions.

What happens to my swing videos?

They stay on your phone. Swing videos are never uploaded to STREIQ, to cloud storage, or to anyone else, because the analysis runs on your device and we never receive the footage in the first place. Only compact numbers are saved to your account, so your history survives a new phone: joint positions per frame, joint angles, swing phase markers and club path coordinates. That is measurement data, with no pixels and no audio. You also choose whether the original recording is kept in your photo library or deleted once the swing has been analyzed.

Is STREIQ free?

There is a free tier that covers 20 swings a week, including the 3D swing model, the ball flight view and the coaching notes on every shot. Pro raises that weekly limit, opens up chat with Shimmy and turns on automatic swing detection, and it starts with a free trial. There is an unlimited tier as well if you practice a lot.

What makes this different from a normal swing analyzer?

Most tools hand you numbers and leave you to work out what they mean. STREIQ links your body to your ball. It rebuilds your swing in 3D, keeps your whole history in view, and explains in plain words what is driving your misses and what to work on, tuned to your handicap and to the way you actually play.
